Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance by Thomas Hicks Window Fashions.

Terms of sale

Customers will need to meet and maintain our payment policy. All customers will be required to complete the new account registration form including type of company.

Freight

All U.S. orders will be shipped ground via a national parcel delivery service within 5 to 7 days of receipt, unless expedited by the customer. International orders will be shipped the best way for economy and timing. All freight, duty, and required taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to the invoice.

Returns

All returns must be accompanied by a packing slip and return authorization number issued by Customer Service. The return should be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping carton. Shipments returned without return authorization may be refused. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Pricing

Thomas Hicks Window Fashions will accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
